Villa vacation rentals in Ustronie Morskie

We had a super nice stay and enjoyed our holiday very much. The location is great, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a small promenade invites you to stroll. For children, not far from the property is a great playground where they can let off steam. We will be happy to come back!

The house was smaller than expected. Unfortunately, it was not quite clean as the cleaning company was not tidy. The squeaky stairs were a bit annoying at night. In general, the house and furnishings were already a bit worn. There was a washing machine and towels available. Unfortunately, there was no pan and no oven. There is a small sauna where two people can fit in. For three days, we paid an additional €30 for electricity. A €100 deposit was taken, no tourist tax. The hostess greeted us nicely with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table. She has hidden chocolate eggs all over the house for the children. A very nice spacious and clean beach with white sand was only a few minutes' walk away. Nearby there were some small cafes and restaurants (unfortunately almost all closed, probably open in the summer season). But there was plenty of shopping nearby.

When we were arriving we couldn't find the place because the number of the street provided was not correct. When we tried to locate it by geo location it showed a place 28min away by car. We called the host who spoke some German luckily (no English) so we managed to find it. Our confirmation was saying it is number 14, but it appeared to be number 10i. Other than this little inconvenience the house is as described and I've never seen such a clean place, ever. As if nothing was ever used. The years, playground, nature, everything was wonderful, and pieceful. Just a short stroll from the beach. We loved every minute we spent there and when we have time, we will gladly visit this place again.

Close to the beach, accommodation, parking everything as described, Mr. Augustyn was on site, always personally approachable and extremely helpful, even helps with parking if you need it. Not only Mr. Augustyn but also the grounds are super child-friendly. In addition to the small playground, which is easily visible from the cottage, there are also street crests and toys for the children. For the beach, two windbreaks are available per cottage, great! We brought a beach shell as sun protection ourselves, so we could stay on the beach protected from the wind and sun. We spent a wonderful week, which of course was also due to the wonderful weather, which is of course always a risk on the Baltic Sea. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing and affordable holiday!

We went with the whole family and had a great time there. The house is huge and offers a lot of activities.

Perfect accommodation for groups. Many activities on the property are possible, for bad weather also in the building.

An unforgettable stay! We stayed with our extended family (12 people) at Villa SEEhochDREI from April 17 to 21, 2025. The stylishly furnished villa offers plenty of space, retreats and beautiful common areas – ideal for shared meals and game nights. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic – just a few steps to the lake overlooking the countryside. We would like to highlight the warm hostess Sina, who was always available and helpful. Her hospitality made the stay perfect. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the villa for large families or groups of friends on the Baltic Sea!

Everything new and nicely furnished, also accordingly clean. Pleasantly empty and quiet. Absolutely recommended

The property is located just outside the historic city center in a pretty quiet residential area. The room was as in the pictures. Both the bathroom and the shared kitchen were well equipped. The only small drawback may be the fridge in the room, which occasionally makes quiet noises. The outdoor area has convinced us very much with its ping pong table, a BBQ area and a small pool. Overall a nice place to stay on the Baltic Sea coast.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay. The accommodation was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for 2 families. We especially liked the pool and the playground in front of the door as well as the private barbecue. It is also very good that the whole area is fenced in, so you don't have to check every few minutes to make sure the children haven't run out into the street. The beach can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. We recommend the accommodation and will be happy to return at the next opportunity.

The place was very nice. Everything was so necessary in the kitchen, I personally would have liked a toaster, but you can't have everything. 😀 On cold days, the accommodation got cold quite quickly and the heating in the bathroom was not sufficient, so we froze a little. On the day of departure, I learned that there are mobile heaters that you could have gotten. It would be nicer if it were available in the space. Ms. Zofia Belvilla was personally not on site, but the woman who took care of everything on site is very friendly and helpful, despite the fact that she can't speak German and I can't speak English well. The communication was via Whats App and worked wonderfully. We will definitely be back at some point!

The place and resort are great. The house is smaller than it appears on the photos. It was still a great place to stay with the family, close to beaches, shopping and the city, yet still calm and green. We would visit again.
