Etwa 90 Höhenmeter über dem Gardasee, dieser ist ca. 450 Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Die Ortsmitte von Gargnano erreicht man über einen 300 Jahre alten, wunderschönen Wanderweg (ca. 1,4 km), oder in 8 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, steht zur exklusiven Nutzung zur Verfügung und lädt an vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen ein.

Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
