Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Relax in this tastefully renovated townhouse, located in Ussy, a stone's throw from Falaise. The accommodation offers a bright living room with LED TV, dining area and sofa bed, as well as an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, Senseo coffee maker, fridge-freezer). Upstairs: two comfortable bedrooms (180x200 and 160x200 beds) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Great for a quiet stay for couples, families or groups of friends

Charming very peaceful house near Normandy Switzerland (about 15 minutes from Clécy) and is located 20 minutes south of Caen and 30-45 minutes from the landing beaches. 400 m2 garden with great exposure. There will just be one room that will not be available during my absence and the door will be locked. In the garden shed there are fitness machines and also an indoor bike in the laundry room. You will have access to Amazon Prime, Netflix and MyCanal
