We have stayed at Ms. Arzu's place many times before, it is extremely comfortable, we always find a comfortable accommodation as we feel in our own home. Very clean, especially bed linen, bathroom, towels, all personal supplies create the feeling of being used only once. Thank you so much for doing your job with such meticulous care. Our preference is always to stay in your places. I would also like to point out that we stayed in the studio places belonging to Ms. Arzu, which we stayed in before, in the apartment with a terrace view, as everything appears in the photo. It was a MAGNIFICENT experience! The location is great, the location of the apartment is 5 minutes' walk to Ortaköy beach, the design is perfect, everyone can come and stay with peace of mind. There are countless restaurants, markets, breakfast shops, frankly, we are very pleased with our home in Istanbul. Thank you very much to Ms. Arzu and all her staff.

Wonderful stay within walking distance from the beautiful Ortakoy Mosque and the ferry. The apartment is spacious, clean and close to great restaurants and bakeries. Bedirhan was an incredible host and very responsive!

This was a delightfully boho chic place to stay, with gorgeous exposed brick and a super cool vibe. Upstairs from a very quiet and clean tattoo and piercing studio with a shared main entrance, but with a private locked gate, it reminded me of East London in the late 2000s. Atmosphere of the neighborhood is awesome, with lots of great cafés, and the street the place is on is super quiet as it is generally closed to through traffic. The upstairs lounge area was fabulous - wish I could have stayed longer as would have happily set up there for a month or two! There are lots of super sweet cats in the area, which was a highlight for us.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
