This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.

We spent two wonderful nights in this apartment, private garage, covered and secure, the excellent location you are two steps away from Av San Martin. Unmatched apartment, clean, great bed, smelling, bathroom with bathtub, all new and perfect . The hosts are of unparalleled kindness. They greet you with great affection. It was a real pleasure to be here. If I return to Ushuaia this is where I want to be without a doubt . If you are coming by plane the location is perfect and if you are by car as well as we are safe, one of the few places that has a private garage. first thing: my husband and I agree that Andrea Alicia's apartment had the best views of any AirBnb we've ever stayed in: a fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony and a gorgeous view of the port from one of the bedrooms. the apartment was easily walkable to the main part of town but also on a quiet street, so the best of both! the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and we'd gladly stay here again if we come back to Ushuaia!

The accommodation matches the photos and is close to the city, so it's nice. I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed in this room for 2 weeks, which were fantastic for resting, working and walking. It is spacious, quiet, safe, with parking in front and very clean. After a week they gave us fresh towels and linens :) The heating works perfectly. The point is close to downtown and there are shops nearby for everyday life. Emanuel communicates well, he lives next door so he can help you if you need it. Only points: The backyard needs some maintenance and the Internet is unstable and with little download capacity, in case you are working (we used our cell phone's). We felt right at home. Thank you.

A clean, useful and well-located apartment for the activities we did in Ushuaia for 6 days, the washer and dryer at a good price and easy to use, although they were not inside the apartment they were very convenient, the host was very attentive, the parking inside the apartment complex was excellent, our stay was great I would return without hesitation.

Marina was fantastic, very attentive, the place was wonderful, very quiet and safe, we were greeted with a cake, the house has everything you need to enjoy Ushuaia! Thank you Marina!

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!

This place was perfect for our family of 8, it was super…. clean, everything smelled delicious, we even forgot to ask what she put on the sheets to make them smell like that! Everything worked properly and we NEVER had any problems. Maximum welcomed us with a huge smile and was ALWAYS super friendly! The house was located about 2 kilometers from downtown and super-equipped. In short, speechless! Maximo is a 200 in everything, highly recommended... Very grateful for that human warmth and hospitality🫶🙏🏼.

Nice place, quiet environment, easy access to the center and the port, and my whole family loved the city. Mrs. Karina was very kind in her responses and Don Alberto was charming.

Believe me, the place is much better than the pictures! I felt very welcome and comfortable, very kind host, is surrounded by beautiful nature, we went to the center on foot, very well equipped and heated. We really like it, I definitely want to go back with my family ☺️

Gabriel provided a very relaxing place for us to stay. It is a lovely two level apartment with everything we needed. The views are fantastic looking out over the city centre and harbour and a stone's through from the main museum and a couple of blocks from the main Street. It was our second stay there and we recommend this apartment highly. We would go back if again in the area.

Great apartment very close to the main street where you can find everything. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The view is incredible. We really loved the outlook over the bay. It is just perfect for a couple.

Wonderful apartment!! It's not so close to the center (it's in the industrial zone of the city), but there are buses that stop right near the apartment. supermarket nearby. laundry for washing clothes new kitchen utensils. new furniture. Brand new apartment. electronic lock. smart tv. good, hot shower. wonderful heater. It had olive oil, salt and spices that we didn't need to buy. I would go back!!!
