Excellent! Full of details that combine good taste and quality, from start to finish. Obviously, it would not occur to us to put the "remote" location as a negative: it is understood that if one chooses that place, they are prioritizing other things, such as tranquility, the magnificent views of the hills, the Beagle, and even the Pipo River (which passes a few meters from the apartment) and its mouth in the Beagle. All this is visible both from the apartment and from the deck on the terrace! Very nice surroundings; supermarket and gastronomic places just a few blocks away. EXCELLENT QUALITY of everything: dishes, cutlery, mattresses, sheets, quilts, towels, shower, faucets, appliances, etc. EXCELLENT HEATING, both inside the apartment and in the common areas. Excellent cleanliness. It's excellent to have the possibility of a washer and dryer (heat, NO spin; that is: DRY CLOTHES) in the building. EXCELLENT value for money! I would definitely recommend it, and I would come back!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. very true to the photographs. A spacious and comfortable double bed, with a balcony with ocean view. One bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything. 100% recommended

Go ahead and directly book, no need to have second thoughts about it at all! Starting with Silvana, who is just AMAZING - waited for me after my flight got delayed late in the evening, and let me do a late check out. She is extremely friendly and full of tips about the city and go-to places. Apartment itself is also great, matching exactly the description and pics. It's less than 10 minutes away by car from the airport, 3 min walking from a Carrefour, and 20 minutes walking to town. Area is really safe, and offers great views of both the mountains and the harbour. I was working remotely during my stay, with a lot of Zoom calls involved - internet connection is stable and reliable. Again, I can't recommend strongly enough this place! One of the better AirBnb experiences I've had!

Fantastically located, close to supermarket, restaurants and to the Main Street. We were in Ushuaia for a trail running event and we were absolutely delighted to have everything at walking distance. Plus Manuel was super nice and available when we had requests. Totally felt at home and comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a genius, first of all she was wonderful with us, they also rescheduled our flight and she put us up again, she took us to and from the airport, she is a genius and very cool, I am really super grateful for everything she did 💝

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!

It was a great stay. Heated house. Good Wi-Fi. It is 4 km from the center, but there is public transportation nearby. The host was super nice and helped us with what we needed. I recommend the accommodation.

This place was perfect for our family of 8, it was super…. clean, everything smelled delicious, we even forgot to ask what she put on the sheets to make them smell like that! Everything worked properly and we NEVER had any problems. Maximum welcomed us with a huge smile and was ALWAYS super friendly! The house was located about 2 kilometers from downtown and super-equipped. In short, speechless! Maximo is a 200 in everything, highly recommended... Very grateful for that human warmth and hospitality🫶🙏🏼.

Gabriel provided a very relaxing place for us to stay. It is a lovely two level apartment with everything we needed. The views are fantastic looking out over the city centre and harbour and a stone's through from the main museum and a couple of blocks from the main Street. It was our second stay there and we recommend this apartment highly. We would go back if again in the area.

Very nice little apartment where we spent a few days. Pleasantly warm (adjustable) floor heating. Clean apartment. Valeria responds very quickly and helps with questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Wonderful apartment!! It's not so close to the center (it's in the industrial zone of the city), but there are buses that stop right near the apartment. supermarket nearby. laundry for washing clothes new kitchen utensils. new furniture. Brand new apartment. electronic lock. smart tv. good, hot shower. wonderful heater. It had olive oil, salt and spices that we didn't need to buy. I would go back!!!
