Ob für Saisonarbeiter, Urlauber oder Städtereisende, unsere Einliegerwohnung in ruhiger & zentraler Lage bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Ein gut erzogener Hund bis Kniehöhe kann mitgebracht werden, bitte vor Buchung mit Angabe der Rasse anfragen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Tieren (Ponys, Ziege, Kaninchen). Die 2. Doppelhaushälfte "Hase" kann ebenfalls gebucht werden.

Ich habe mich in der Ferienwohnung für eine kleine private Auszeit in Stralsund sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles super. Lediglich ein paar Kissen auf dem Sofa und vielleicht eine Kuscheldecke haben gefehlt, das ist aber wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ansonsten war alles da was man brauchte und auch zum Kochen waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder und bedanke mich für den unproblematischen und einfachen Kontakt 😊🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

James vermietet auf seinem Anwesen mehrere Wohnungen und wir haben uns in der größeren Wohnung im ersten Stock sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat viel persönlichen Charakter und ist von James' gestalterischer Handschrift geprägt. Die Bilder vermitteln einen zutreffenden Eindruck. Der grosse Esstisch ist schlicht erstklassig. Wir waren bei kalten Temperaturen da und die reichlich vorhandenen Holzöfen ließen die Wohnung ohne grossen Aufwand gemütlich und konstant warm werden. Keine elektrische Unterstützung nötig. Etwas mehr Grundausstattung in der Küche wäre toll (Olivenöl etc.), ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. James ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Von vorne bis hinten liebevoll eingerichtet wurde an alles gedacht, was das Gästeherz höher schlagen lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Petra verlief stets äußerst herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei ihr wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Beautiful solitary place in the middle of large park. Our apartment was very spacious and full of light, with view facing magnificent trees and surrounding nature. We love the place, we've stayed here twice already. What we value most is it's quite location within nature, still with easy car accessibility to whole Rügen island.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist pikobello sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Insbesondere die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche war für uns super. Die Sauna funktioniert super und ist ein absolutes Highlight- wir waren an beiden Abenden drin und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Olaf und seine Frau sind super nette Gastgeber und haben die Wohnung mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Die Lage ist super ruhig und erholsam. Besonders schön, wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine geschenkte Flasche Wein sowie Näpfe und Spielzeug für unseren Hund von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
