Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

We offer an apartment in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the first floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the harbor of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and the spa square are a 10-minute walk away. In our seaside resort you will find a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the imperial era. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
