My experience in the apartment was simply impeccable. Everything was organized and clean, as in the listing, not to mention that it is cozy. Marcos is extremely attentive and polite, always available to help with whatever you need. Wonderful experience!! ☺️

The host Sérgio is very helpful and easy to communicate with, he always responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and organized, everything prepared with great attention for our reception, provided basic kitchen supplies (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices), as well as cleaning and bathroom supplies. The apartment was very complete, with a washing machine, clotheslines, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens for use and a couple more sets as reserves. The television easily accessed Netflix. The location of the apartment is very good, with an unobstructed view of the avenue and also of the pool area and soccer field, very good for us who went with children, who were able to go down alone and quickly made numerous friends in the condominium, which is even quite safe and has various services, such as a beauty salon and a 24-hour food and beverage shop. The vehicle's garage is covered and easy to access. Nothing but praise, we'd be happy to come back.

Our stay at Adnara's was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was extremely attentive, responding quickly and kindly to all our questions. Check-in was smooth, and we found everything exactly as described in the listing – or even better! The property is very well maintained, clean and organized. The decor is very tasteful and cozy, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. All the rooms were impeccable, with towels and linens that smelled fresh and in perfect condition. The location was also a big plus: safe, quiet and close to everything we needed. In addition, the house had all the utensils and basic items for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils to hygiene items. The host was exceptional, always available to help and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. Without a doubt, I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfortable place!

rilda's apartment is more than excellent. Acolhedor. extremely clean and organized. I felt a lot of peace there. Rilda, on the other hand, is a sweet person, it seems he has known for many years. I did not need to ask her for any information, as everything in the apartment was in accordance with what was published. I already told her that I will return other times. Super recommend the space of Rilda!!

We really liked our stay, we were 6 adults and 4 children and both enjoyed it very much, the beds were organized, the bathrooms were clean, the dogs, not to mention, they welcomed us at the gate and when we left they accompanied us again, whenever we left they followed so that we would not be alone, the caretaker next door was very friendly and attentive.

Very good reception and stay. Pleasant, clean and super-familiar environment. We love the pool, the creek and the location close to everything . Thank you
