The apartment was really good, the location is very impressive, the view amazing! Everything necessary is available in the apartment, 2 Parking spaces, enough towels, equipment, everything to our satisfaction. But the Av. Coronel Teixeira is terrible. In the night there are a lot of bad guys racing each other with motorcycle or cars and we're talking about the whole night, until the early hours of the morning and every night. It was so loud, even in the 10th floor it was nearly impossible to sleep. We hope in future, the police will put some speed traps on this street and make more controls, to get rid of this problem. Without this problem, the apartment and the location would be perfect!

The apartment has a great structure, is clean, the furniture and utensils are new, it is well located and is very well equipped. Mary is a great and thoughtful host, she responded promptly to our requests. It is an excellent accommodation option in Manaus.

Kitchen has all you need. The beds are comfortable and the view is stunning! WiFi works well. Raquel is very friendly and responsive. Next to the Ponta Negra shopping, in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

The place is as described, excellent space, TOP room, bathroom, kitchen and service area, all new and quality, very safe place, host was a grade of 10 in all the evaluations I answered because they are true, at first I was afraid I did not know the locality, but I would return from the SMART FIT gym without problems, at night very quiet no negative records in that area. My car slept 10 out of 17 days on the street with other vehicles and I had no problems. In the surroundings there is a market, bakery, snack bars and fuel station. I have already indicated the place to several friends and returning to Manaus, it will definitely be my first choice.
