Roxana is super kind and helpful, the accommodation was the most clean I have seen in Peru. There was always a hot water and beds were also comfortable. Nice!

Super great location! And Yuri was super helpful in helping us acquire last minute tickets for Macchu Piccu. Great experience overall.

Excellent place to stay central and quiet. It was our 51th Anniversary and Roxanne made arrangements for us to have a special Peru drink. And a rose for my wife. Real hot water. Would stay again

Thank you very much, the staff very friendly. Free drinks the whole day. Everything within walking distance. Train station just 200m away, bus to Machu Picchu 10m away.

Juan and staff were very helpful, always present whether at the desk or via message. When my mother in law didn’t like the third floor climb, Juan also kindly offered to change our room to the second floor the next morning. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The price was very reasonable for the room.

Exactly as expected, clean, perfectly located close to the ticket office for Machu Picchu. Bonus: friendly and helpful hosts and extremely comfortable beds. We slept like babies. Those things went beyond expectations. All in all, a great deal for the price, especially considering how overpriced, crowded, humid, and overall unpleasant Aguas Calientes is. This place is great.
