The accommodation is a few minutes from downtown Patz, in addition to minibuses passing by all the time, there are shops and supermarkets near the accommodation. The kitchen is simple but quite efficient, the area is super quiet for walking and taking a stroll

The accommodation is very functional, it has everything described in the listing, although it is between streets, it is relatively close to the center, the building has an elevator which facilitates access with suitcases, I really recommend it, comfortable, clean and fair price.

Victoria's place is beautifully done and a lovely place for a short or long stay. Her hospitality is so welcoming and each question I had was immediately and thoughtfully attended to. A note for remote workers-the internet speed posed no problems. I could broadcast video and stream without interruption. I stayed a month here and hope to be back again soon.

Excellent location, very close to the center. The house is as shown in the photos, everything is very neat, clean and easily accessible, I would definitely stay here again.

Big fluffy towels, nice hot shower, centric location. Also, Ernesto the owner's proxy, was great: friendly and helpful. But communication with the owner was frustrating. Rather than answer Q's about early check-in + pd parking, we got monosyllabic responses (Hello/Greetings/Goodnight). Be sure to bring your own supplies: e.g., clean drinking water, paper towels, dish towels, pot holder, clean sponges, cutting board, tea kettle. None were included.

The people who welcomed us were older and very friendly, worried because we felt comfortable. The place is a few blocks from downtown, it's on a second floor with a nice view. Although I wasn't in a car it has enough place to park inside the place, you don't need to leave it outside.

This is one of those Airbnb’s that’s nicer than the pictures. The quality of the furnishings and decor are high. Thanks to Victoria, Luis, Tom and the Hotel Casa Encantada staff for a wonderful month in Patzcuaro.

The casita had a fabulous location for a visit to Patzcuaro. We loved the garden space and the terrace upstairs. The kitchen was also very well equipped. I came with a car and a dog and the garden was perfect for the dog and there was always a parking spot out front. The house is on a hilltop. So When you walk to the town center, you walk down about 3 flights of stairs and on the return you climb back up.

Spacious and comfortable house, ideal for exploring the historic center, since you can walk there in about 15 minutes, where you will find restaurants, cafes and craft markets, the house is clean and has a garage.

We really liked the accommodation, in the middle of the forest but with security! Highly recommended!
