Really beautiful interior design style that out of my expectation. Also sufficient spaces for three people to sleep. It’s convenient for taxi to pick up just front of the unit door. And also appreciate for the soooo patient and timely response from the host.

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

Great place to stay very close the Garni Temple. Everything was totally new and totally clean. There was everything we needed, parking right outside the door and a friendly host. We surely recommend the place!

We spent three days with a family with a small child in the house. From the very booking David was in touch, suggested and gave recommendations regarding the trip. For the little guest, the owner of the house specially prepared a crib and a high chair, and at check-in, homemade baklava was waiting for us! The house is spacious, with a beautiful well-groomed territory and good furniture. There is also a turtle on the territory, it was a complete delight for the child) We found a magnificent display of roses blooming on the grounds of the house. We didn't have time to use the pool and sauna, but they were also ready to use. The house has everything you need for your stay, including slippers, shampoos and shower gels. Within walking distance there are shops (about 300 m - a small shop and about 500-600 m - a fairly large supermarket, but you need to walk a little uphill to it). The city center is about 15 minutes by taxi. Grocery delivery is also available. We were satisfied and thank David for his help in various matters!

This should be on your list of places to stay if you’re hiking in Armenia. Even if you don’t come prepared for hiking, like us, they can still help out with warm coat etc.

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

I definitely recommend this apartment! The apartment is clean, cozy, has everything you need, especially pleased with the presence of umbrellas and flowers, such little things make up all the coziness and comfort. Armen is very responsive, was always in touch, gave his recommendations, you feel that the person cares about your stay. Check-in was contactless, the apartment is easy to find. There were no problems with the check-in. The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood, there are several supermarkets, a metro station, cafes and restaurants nearby, but at the same time the house does not face the main street, but is inside the courtyard, so it is quiet at night. The beds are comfortable, the furniture and renovation are fresh. Thank you for what you do!

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.
