The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
