Opende is located in the Friese Wouden. The Airbnb is on our property on the border of Groningen and Friesland. Hiking and biking are possible in the nearby nature reserves Alde Feanen, Bakkeveen, Beetsterzwaag and Lauwersmeer. A day trip to Ameland or Schiermonnikoog is also easy to do. Culture can be found in Groningen, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen (about 25 min). Surhuisterveen is about 2 km away and has a shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops. You must arrange breakfast yourself.

Het Twadde Hûske is a cozy, colorful and comfortable apartment (with air conditioning) that can be booked for max. 5 people + possibly a baby. The Twadde Hûske has a soothing view over the meadows, located on a private road, with a nice terrace equipped with lounge chairs and a picnic table. Equipped with air conditioning (for heating and cooling) and underfloor heating. It is, in my humble opinion (+ that of the many guests), the most complete Airbnb you can find. Discover the beautiful scenery surrounding this accommodation! Enjoy our cozy, new vacation home on the main street of the cozy village of Ureterp. Very convenient location as a base for hiking or cycling in the beautiful forests of, for example, Bakkeveen or Beetsterzwaag. Ideal for peace seekers, cycling enthusiasts, hikers or motorcyclists. Places such as Drachten, Leeuwarden and Groningen are nearby. Furthermore, supermarket, snack bar, bakery, butcher, drugstore are within walking distance.

Guesthouse De Wetterwille

Home base for (business) overnight stays in Drachten. Gastenverblijf De Wetterwille is located in the greenest residential area of Drachten. The former garage has now been converted into a guest house with all the amenities of a modern studio. The small but cozy living room is furnished with a full kitchen, a small dining area and two armchairs. On the upper floor with a loft, there is a double box spring. You have a private entrance and free parking. The shopping center is within walking distance.

This memorable space is anything but ordinary. Spend the night in a newly completed Tiny House within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, the cinema and public transportation. The tiny house has all the comforts. A full kitchen, including combination microwave, refrigerator, stove and coffee and tea.
