I had an amazing stay at Diana’s apartment in Batumi! The place was exceptionally comfortable — it had absolutely everything I needed for a perfect and relaxing stay. The interior design was beautiful and unique, which made the atmosphere even more special. Diana was a wonderful host — very kind, helpful, and responsive. She helped me get oriented in the city and gave great recommendations on what to see and do in Batumi. Her support made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended! very nice, the only problem was the Arabs in the next apartment, there was a lot of noise, no other problems, the room is not the host's problem, it's the problem of the owner of the next apartment, it's very clean and practical, I recommend it

The appartment location is very convinient to rich almost any desirable destanation in Batumi by foot. It's very close to the seeshore and even from the balcony you can observe the sea, unfortunately partly hidden by tall modern hotels. Speaking about balcony, in the evening here you can enjoy amazing sun sets, if due to any reasons you cannot do this on the beach. There are a lot of small greengrocers or wine shops nearby. Also a lot of restaurants are around. The big supermarket is just 15 min by foot. Sophia is a nice person and very helpful host. She reacts to the messages really quickly. Everything in the apartment was as described. I would definitely recommend this place! I hope I'll be able to come to Batumi again next year and stay in the Sophia's apartment.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Wonderful place to stay away from the congestion of city. We enjoyed the peaceful place and quiet atmosphere. Beach was always accessible

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The apartment was simply great – beautifully decorated, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee – a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Great house that comfortably accommodated two families (5 adults and 3 children). Excellent location among pine trees, in close proximity to the sea (the beach outside the territory is 30-40 meters from the house), stunning view from the window to the sea, hammocks, sunbeds, a clean sandy beach with a smooth entrance and without an excessive number of people. Quiet place (no cafes and restaurants nearby). On the large terrace you can have a wonderful time with your friends. For the kids there are small activities: swings and a small slide. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). There is a parking lot for cars and a grill on the territory. Valeria was always in touch and responded very quickly and helped with various questions and requests. Thank you so much for a wonderful summer getaway!

It is in the suburbs,but next to the shuttle taxi goes to the city center. I asked to call me a taxi,and the host Tamaz personally took me to the airport. Thank you very much Sofia and Tamaz. The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
