Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ureki Beach

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

Fine apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lot of space. Outstanding mountain view. Recommended!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Best Location In Batumi Book Without Second Thought All Tourist Attractions And Batumi Beach Is On Walking Distance

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

About a good thing

That’s good place to stay over one week, my monthly stay was peaceful and calm, the apartment is furnished with all needs. The place is in walkable distance from city town. The only problem that can be is not stable hot water in the building and really slooow elevator. Everything else was great!

Love the place due to the location and all the amenities and attractions that are nearby.

The promenade is very close and a taxi to the old center is inexpensive Nikoloz was always in touch and helped with check-in, thank you so much!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

Good apartment at the sea-side.

Eleonora's apartment had a great view, a comfortable bed, and was quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Stayed for a week. Everything as described. We were satisfied. Egle was constantly in touch. Pros: near the sea, location, sea view, clean apartment. A small disadvantage: waiting for elevators for a long time, we went down mainly on foot. But that's the only downside. Thanks Egle.

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly.
