Welcome to Tobacco Loft, our 16th century stones' villa located in the countryside of Anghiari. The House offers stunning views, charming and furnished interiors providing all type of comforts: a beautiful fireplace that will keep the ambient warm in winter, the relaxing sauna, the private garden where you can enjoy the open air and have lunch under the pergola, BBQ, fantastic in the warm seasons, a panoramic swimming pool to spend great moments with friends, to be shared with the hamlet guests.

Il PORTICO CON VISTA

Villetta indipendente, completamente recintata con cancello per ingresso macchine e cancelletto pedonale. Grande e curato giardino con barbecue,e ampio portico dove potrete pranzare ammirando la spettacolare vista del Monte Titano e la vallata che lo circonda. Dal portico si accede alla sala,che offre tutti i confort, con divano letto, alla destra della sala é situata la cucina attrezzata. Sempre dalla sala si accede a un corridoio che ospita due camere matrimoniali ,una camera singola e bagno.

3Villa davanti alla spiaggia con parcheggio e bici

Ampio monolocale con bagno, salotto e angolo cottura. Uso del giardino e piscina. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione gratuitamente due biciclette con sedili per bimbi . La spiaggia attrezzata con bagnìno e bar/ristorante è di fronte a casa, il costo è di 10€ al giorno per ombrellone e due sdraie (maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). Il parcheggio privato dentro il giardino è 10€ al giorno (aprile,maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). Tassa di soggiorno 1.5€/notte/persona
