1st Line Prime Accommodation in Old Town Estepona

Book this dreamy first line beach apartment. Walking straight out of the entrance you will have sand between your toes within 10 seconds. Add a few more and they will be wet. Recently rebuilt from the floor beams up, my guests approve. In the last two years on Airbnb I've received all but praise and five star reviews. 4,9 on average out of 140 reviews. This charming apartment is located on the beach, in the middle of the cozy Marina Puerto Duquesa. You are in the central Marina but on the quiet side of it. You can sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace where you look over the sunrise and the marina. You choose if you go to the beach 30 metets away or enjoy the time on one of the two pools urbanization has to offer. In marina you find plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and very good supplied supermarket.

This place was great- great location in front of beach and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from historic center. The only thing that was annoying was at night you can hear the noise from the clubs and bars across the street. However, this is not the hosts fault but it made it a bit difficult to sleep without the noise. Everything else was great and I think this is a great stay!

Tanto Manuel como Amanda fueron excelentes anfitriones. El apartamento esta muy bien. Primera linea de playa, a menos de 100metros del puerto.. muy céntrico. El apartamento muy limpio y bien recogido excepto la terraza que se notaba algo menos atendida. Experiencia en general fantástica y para repetir.

Highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a fabulous location, right in the centre of the restaurants and shops in the port, but quiet as it sits one level above the marina. Jacques is a lovely host, very responsive, charming and helpful. The apartment itself is lovely, with two balconies, one gets sun in the morning and the other in the evening. Having 2 full bathrooms and a third toilet was great with 3 guests. Showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. And having an assigned parking space in a private car park was really great. We visited in March so the outdoor pool was closed; as the weather was lovely we didn’t try the indoor pool so can’t comment on either, but that did not affect our stay at all. Very happy!

We had a wonderful time in Laurent’s apartment. Laurent is a fantastic host. We stayed with our 3-month-old son, and Laurent even arranged a changing mat for us, which was really thoughtful. He personally greeted us upon check-in, explained everything, and was always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment offers an incredible view of the sea, and we enjoyed watching both the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings. The apartment is located right on the promenade, making it perfect for leisurely walks. We were able to park our rental car in a parking garage just 5 minutes away for a fee. For groceries, we visited the Marbella Market Hall / 7 min walk /where we found fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. The apartment is located in a lively area, so it can be quite noisy in the evenings, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laurent’s apartment.

El apartamento era muy bonito, bien comunicado y con unas vistas preciosas del puerto. Justo al lado había un parking para dejar el coche, por lo que no se hizo muy complicado aparcar. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y nos dejó vino, galletas y queso entre otras cosas como agradecimiento, lo que nos agradó bastante. La zona super bonita y bien ubicada, el puerto abajo con muchos restaurantes y playa para ambos lados a 2 minutos a pie. Nos encantó, repetiríamos sin duda!

We could not have been more happy with either the apartment or the commutation. The apartment is perfectly situated within a stunning walk along the waterfront to a selection of perfect restaurants and cafes. There are also one ty of sporting options including; tennis, golf, gym, kayaking, sailing and padel. We communicated with Eduardo’s daughter, who could not have been more helpful or more responsive. We will most definitely return.
