everything was perfect about this place. Location, rooms/Amenities. It's located in the historic district and it's also very quiet. it's what I want for my personal home. We grilled and swam, and it was only a 15 mins walk to the beach. The space is big and had everything that we need. it's very possible to never leave the premises. I think if you are looking for a relaxing place that's close enough to the hustle and bustle, then this is the place to be

Daniela estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estadía, fue muy amable, ella pensó en cada detalle e incluso tenía todo preparado para nuestra mascota, su cabaña es hermosa y cerca del mar, brinda un plus de tranquilidad al no estar tan cerca del rodadero, aun así puedes ir caminando a esta playa o a la de Gaira. La cabaña tiene muy buenos utensilios para cocinar e incluso una nevera de icipor qué facilitó llevar nuestras bebidas frías a la playa.

We chose this place specifically for the location, and it did not disappoint! There are endless food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all within walking distance. It’s also just a short walk to the marina, which is super convenient if you have any boat trips planned. There are two supermarkets just a few blocks away, perfect for picking up groceries and stocking up for your stay. As for the house, it’s gorgeous — exactly like the photos. It’s ideal for large groups, with plenty of rooms that offer both space and privacy. The house is fully stocked with everything from towels and toiletries to kitchen appliances. Juan Pablo was an excellent host — 100% responsive and flexible with our requests. Thank you for hosting us! We’d definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about this place and the incredible host, MARGARITA!!! the place itself is beautiful with comfortable beds, A/C, and a gorgeous rooftop with hammocks overlooking the ocean. An incredible place to watch every sunset! Margarita herself is an angel. I have stayed at countless AirBNBs, and Margarita is my favorite host by far!! From suggestions where to eat, to diving, to literally teaching me spanish, she is incredible. Beautiful place and beautiful host! Highly recommend!!!

My partner and I found Selva Minca to be a magical paradise. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and even accommodated flexibly our super late and slightly complicated arrival when we faced trouble with flight cancellations, delays etc. It feels like a little community rather than an anonymous hotel. The food is very nice also, it’s especially a refreshing change to a somewhat basic rural Colombian cuisine ;-) The cabins are located directly in the jungle, so do expect to live and sleep in the jungle with all its relaxing and interesting sounds and animals. We loved it. The whole place truly seemed to care about the eco-tourism idea, not like many other hotels that just use the name but don’t really live by this standard. To get into Minca town, it’s a relaxing 20 minute walk down the main road, or a 5000 COP moto-taxi that only takes around 5 minutes. Also, from Selva Minca, many other hikes are possible, to waterfalls, cocoa farms, etc. We will surely be back!

el lugar es muy lindo y acogedor te sientes como en casa, el personal súper amable y la señora Alexandra súper querida y atenta, lo único es que todo es un poco lejos como el D1 y Ara Pero del resto todo super bueno lo recomiendo mucho.

Peter’s apartment is a nice place to stay. It’s well maintained, the balcony view is just breathtaking at sunset. It has a lot of places to visit around, a supermarket right at the corner, 24 hrs pharmacy and restaurants across the street, Marina de Santa Marta is just 5 mins walking, same as Malecon and Parque de los novios with a lot of bars and restaurants. Peter was very responsive and attentive, clear instructions to get in and the lobby people were super nice. Thank you

Wir haben uns in Stigs Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon und Innenhof mit dem Mangobaum, sowie Pool ist sehr schön. Wir hatten immer Zugang zum Pool und konnten auch in unserer Wohnung kochen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um zu Fuß an den Strand und ins Stadtzentrum zu laufen. Stig war bei Fragen immer sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

El lugar es súper lindo y acogedor. Contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, la cocina completamente equipada, excelente wifi, maravillosa ubicación, cerca de muchísimas opciones gastronómicas y a solo unos pasos de la playa Súper recomendado !!!

Me and my girlfriend needed 2 days to relax before going back home from Colombia, Mairas place offered all we needed, good surroundings, beautiful view of both nature and sea. Local shopping area with really delicious food, everything was great. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

Muy lindo y cómodo el departamento. Con todo lo necesario. Daniel estuvo muy pendiente de todo. El condominio y el acceso a la playa es excelente. Ideal para estar tranquilos y descansar. Muy recomendado.

Carlos es un excelente anfitrión, el apartamento es hermoso, el complejo también, las intalaciones de lujo con todas sus piscinas, sauna, turco, jacuzzis, para el ingreso era con turno ( menos en la piscina), lo cual hacía que fuera ordenado y que los servicios no estuvieran saturados, el único inconveniente fue al momento de reservar éramos 4 pero quedó para 1 persona, y un día antes de la llegada se hizo cobro adicional para 2 personas, dentro de sus políticas públicas esto no estaba estipulado, Airbnb nos ayudó con un bono pero igual nos tocó hacer el pago de casi 1 millón adicional. dentro del conjunto no se cuenta con el servicio de maletero, dejar maletas en Santa Marta no es tan fácil.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable, conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The building offers multiple pools and plenty of entertainment options—honestly, you won’t want to leave! The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
