We had a very pleasant time, it is a very quiet building, very close to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for those of us who stayed with Paulo, highly recommended.

The attention and kindness of Luis, the host, was extraordinary. The apartment is cute and the photos show exactly what to expect. The condominium Reserva Del Mar is beautiful, modern, and very well designed. The beach is not the best option for ocean lovers.

Everything was perfect, a place to rest, I traveled with a 6-month-old baby and it worked very well. The apartment is very comfortable.

Advantages: First, the location is relatively superior, 10 minutes walk from Parque de Los Novis, 7-8 minutes from the beach.Second, flexible check-in time, allowing guests to check in early if the room is cleaned early, very considerate.Third, the room is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable, the daily necessities are complete, and it is very convenient. Cons: The only regret is not the hotel itself, but the surrounding environment.It seems to be close to a disco or a rooftop bar. I stayed for two nights (not on weekends) and I could hear loud music every night after 11pm, which was a bit disturbing.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and Tayrona Park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the tips, they were very helpful. We'll definitely return to the Colombian Caribbean.

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Everything was impeccable! The check-in process was very simple. The apartment is located in a privileged area of Rodadero with easy access to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable, and an exceptional view from the balcony. Very clean and tidy. The hosts were very kind and were always attentive to solving minor problems. From the first moment, communication with Leidy and Mrs. Esther was very good, they were always very attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was spectacular and had a magnificent view, almost dreamlike. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and on the first floor of the building there was a store, which made our life easier because we were traveling with a baby. I think it's a very nice place, very clean, the bathroom, everything, very close to the beach, the facilities are very nice, the pool has various ways to get around, motorcycle taxi, bus. A bit far from the main road but very safe.

Excellent stay. Small but very cozy suite, it's as shown in the photos. Very clean and all the instructions were clear and easy. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. Please note that there is a building under construction which generates noise but it is not the host's fault. Felipe was a wonderful host, he responds quickly and solves any problems super fast.

The best accommodation you will find in Santa Marta for this price, the facilities are perfect, as is the service of the staff. Beach one block away and an excellent view to enjoy the jacuzzi on the balcony, I will definitely return.
