What a spectacular stay. Lake Escape is welcoming, open, bright, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Its relative location to the State Park and Marina is unmatched. I would love to stay here again and bring more friends and family from other states to experience our little slice of heaven at Tygart Lake!

The house was wonderful, and the location was extremely relaxing. The host was wonderful our first location had to cancel last minute due to water issues and Brigitte was so helpful letting us book at the very last minute. The house was very clean and very well stocked with anything we would have needed.

I’m so happy we found Terri’s beautiful home. The home is so beautiful, clean & comfortable in every area. Terri has thought of every amenity you’d need for your stay. We can’t wait to visit the beautiful area and Terri’s home again. Location was perfect and great suggestions on outings.

We had a little problem! Not her fault! Had a storm and the electric went off. Sherry came right over with lights and was very helpful’ the kids enjoyed no electric for awhile and practiced chess! She has lots of games! We went for the Blue snd z gray Reunion! Great!

Lovely home with a very interesting history. Very dog friendly. Had all the necessary supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great place for a mountain getaway for a outdoor family. We did a lot of fishing. Spent the evenings on back porch listening to the river or around the fire pit making smores. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful airbnb that was just like the pictures and clean and spacious. Hosts were very gracious and responsive. Would definitely book here again for a snowshoe trip!

The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the slopes, making it so convenient for us to hit the powder and come back for a cozy break. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic, providing clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our entire stay seamless. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into making this place feel like a home away from home. Bryan & Heather were awesome hosts to work with. Very prompt with responses to questions. Their place was exactly as described and very comfortable for my husband and I. The views getting to the condo were amazing!!! It was very peaceful with only a few people around since we stayed off season for skiing. We would stay there again if return to the area in the future and their condo is available. Thank you again Bryan & Heather for sharing you condo. *Note to others considering this condo: Heads up; winding road up the mountain with many sharp turns could be a challenge in stormy weather.

The second-floor apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. We had a group of six people and found we had plenty of room to spread out. We ate at the Mexican restaurant a couple blocks away, which was delicious and inexpensive.

The place was beautiful, kitchen had everything you’d need. There were board games and movies with plenty of space for everything to sit and relax. There was a designated space for snowboards and boots which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Great location-can walk right out into Snowshoe Village to the restaurants/shops. Very close to ski lift. Room was cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this condo which is thoughtfully designed and outfitted for skiers. The large sectional is so comfortable after a day on the slopes and the big dining table is perfect for family meals and playing games. The bathrooms are large with lots of storage with plenty of towels. We especially liked the large soaking tub in the primary suite. The kitchen has good quality cookware and utensils. The views are terrific and the location is great for getting on the slopes right outside. The building has two spacious outdoor hot tubs with an amazing view of the stars in this remote area.

Thank you so much for making our stay easy and pleasant. So many times, we've walked into a rental and looked around with disappointment. Not here! This was a spacious, yet cozy condo with great views to wake up to. I even had great cell service with AT&T! Michael was extremely responsive and his detailed directions made checkin a breeze, especially after traveling on motorcycles for hours. Lots of linens and extra blankets. I can't say enough about our experience. We will definitely be back!

Sarah was awesome to work with on this trip. She had clear instructions and communicated quickly. The description of the unit was accurate and it had what we needed to have a great family weekend. It was nice having a grill to cook on. Although the unit does not have AC I can confirm that opening the window/back door let the air flow through the unit. Thank you Sarah for a great weekend.

Visiting the area in May makes you feel like you’re visiting a ghost town. However, staying at this AirBNB gave you the coziness of a cabin with the privacy and comfort of knowing you’re not alone. We are so grateful for our hostess with supplying a delightfully cozy space with all the essentials for a weekend getaway away for two. We loved every minute of staying in and being unplugged from our work life.

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb at snowshoe I have ever stayed in. The check in was super nice and easy. I highly recommend.

A great location (5 min walk to top of Powderidge lift, 2 min to shuttle stop) and at a great value! Nita's communication was great and even allowed us to check-in early which was great! The condo is a little dated but feels cozy and personal. The fireplace is great to have in the winter. Bed as well as the pullout sofa bed are both comfortable. Its one of the best stocked Airbnb's we have stayed and made cooking our meals easy. Any time we said I wish we had that item, we were able to find it. The pictures don't show it but there are two 40-50" smart TVs (one on the cabinet next to the sofa and another on a cabinet in front of the queen bed) so we were able to watch movies at night. The deer also visited the back porch one evening which was awesome! Would 100% recommend and come back in the future!
