Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. The house located peacefully but only 15 minutes from the central station by car, buses often go down towards the central station 15 minutes walking distance to the bus. Here you will be able to enjoy peaceful environment with nature next door with fireplace in winter and pool with large pool deck in summer. The pool is heated between June 1 - August 31 so 27 degrees 24/7 :) I am absolutely sure you will love to spend the days in this house just like me and my kids do. A short walk from the house, the nature reserve is the winter forest with a lighted exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an oblong lake that in the summer invites to swimming, fishing or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can take some periods for a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshed bath in an ice weak.
