Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, fireplace and wood-fired sauna, An oasis that is for you who appreciate the quality of life and do not want to live in the center. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here it's important to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly onto the mattresses 😊 Cozy, charming and not for those who want to stand tall in bed😉 Bed linens, towels are included.

Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cottage, so there's no time to fit in, eat what and when you want. The cottage is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, a private toilet with shower and a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with Chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable cottage where care has been taken with details, we think you will enjoy staying with us!

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. No temporary unbooked visits are allowed on the property in addition to the two booked. Warm welcome

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

The house is adjacent to Hågadalen-Nåsten Nature Reserve with several trails for exercise, hiking, running, cycling and skiing. 5-minute walk to the shopping area Stenhagen Centrum with several grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, fashion as well as restaurants and frequent bus services to Uppsala. Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.
