This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Intill Hjälstavikens naturreservat ligger denna stuga som är en flygelbyggnad till Husby-Sjutolfts prästgård. Delar av huset är troligen från 1700-talet. Huset är 60 kvadratmeter med två rum, kök, hall och badrum med dusch. Du bor granne med värdfamiljen, men har egen "baksida" med altan ned eftermiddags-och kvällssol och utsikt över jordbrukslandskapet. I området finns fina promenadvägar och stigar runt Hjälstaviken, vid Ekolsunds slott och i skogarna runt omkring. Mataffär finns inom 10 km.

Huset ligger i ett familjärt område med direkt anslutning till busshållsplats utanför huset samt närhet till pendeltåget (5 min promenad).
