Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. Rymlig & nyrenoverad bostad med solig terass. Huset har ett mycket centralt läge i vackra Kungsängen. Med 25 min från Stockholm Stad och 20 min från Arlanda Flygplats. Huset ligger i ett familjärt område med direkt anslutning till busshållsplats utanför huset samt närhet till pendeltåget (5 min promenad). Som hyresvärd kommer vi att erbjuda ett fullt utrustad boende i bästa möjliga skick. Du som gäst bör ta hand om huset och respektera grannarna.

Ett charmigt timmerhus på en stor naturtomt omringad av skogen fullt av hallonbuskar och blåbär. Vill ni plocka svamp finns en hel skog att plocka i Upplandsleden precis vid husknuten. Till badstranden tar det 15 min att gå eller 5 min med bil till det kända Kairobadet. Här kan man njuta av tystnaden samtidigt som man bor nära E4. Till Stockholm central tar det cirka 25 minuter med bil och Arlanda ligger cirka 15 minuter bort.
