The property is located in the middle of Vrhpolje Village and is within walking distance of a church that includes the biggest tile mosaic in Slovenia, ((please note 2,5€ tourist tax at check-in/person/night.)) One of the best and most beautiful accommodations I / we have had. The location was right. The place is “private”. You can walk well to restaurants, shops, ... The amenities in the villa are top, clean and well maintained. You feel very comfortable. Private lake access is about 2 minutes away on foot. Beautiful, well-kept jetty including loungers, SUPs and a tretto boat. The communication was very good. It responds quickly if you have a concern, it will also be processed promptly. Clear recommendation from all of us:)

Eddy was a great host. He is very responsive and even supplied milk and a few welcomed food items for us. His third storey apartment was spacious, comfortable and modernly furnished. Note, there is a train line that runs behind the building, but the trains do not run between 12am to 6am. We could easily walk to downtown Cormons. We enjoyed our stay at Eddy's.

An incredible family stay (3 adults, 2 children)! Location surpassed expectations, easily accessed on foot, beautiful river position, steps away from everything. Apartment very quiet despite bustling location. The Apartment was so comfortable, pristine, clean, stylish, thoughtful and beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and lots of pods were lovely touched. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back!

My brother and I stayed at Ksenia and Vasiliys for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Easy walking distance from the main part of bled and the lake with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Great parking for a busy area and nice and secluded. The actual flat is nice and modern was exactly what we needed
