Apartma Doria is a luxury and in 2020 RENOVATED big flat, located in the first floor of Seaside Vila. Located on the beach, but also close to the city center. With it's 100 square meters, 3 bedrooms, big living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and closed terrace it's ideal for a great holiday. You can enjoy sunny days in a shade on the back garden, after a refreshing swim in the sea (the sea is located 10 meters from the apartment!) and watch the sun fall into the sea in the evenings.

A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep eight. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town. Pets are welcome upon request and we charge a special cleaning fee .

Beautiful very bright apartment, located in a very central area 100 meters from the beach. Habitable terrace overlooking a lovely square at the intersection of two pedestrian boulevards. Secure parking on request. Recently the furniture has been renovated and excellent soundproofing of the apartment has been created.

Sandro is a great host. He picked us up at the meeting point as agreed with him. Everything worked smoothly. Apartment as described. The view of the bay of Koper is beautiful. In the apartment everything you need is available. Everything clean. Nice kitchen. Wi-Fi very good. Sandro was always available and explained to us what to look at nearby. Beach 2 minutes by foot. Great place to stay, ample space for groups up to 8 people. Very well maintained and the hostess Doris & Mom are super nice. Perfect location, walking distance to the Beach, Restaurants, Cafe's & Gelaterias. Just a couple of minutes drive to Piran which is super nice to see.

Alberto is a great host, super helpful, very accommodating and always available. We had a wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting. A special highlight is the private beach with its own loungers and parasol and the balcony overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset every day.

Very close to the sea

Michele is a very friendly host. He met us in person, and gave very precise instructions and local recommendations. The flat is situated very close to the beach (ca. 5 minutes of walking) and very close to a supermarket (ca. 3 minutes). There are also several cafes and restaurants in the close neighborhood. One can conveniently reach the central bus station and the historic center of Grado by foot (ca. 20 minutes) or by a local bus (ca. 5 minutes). The flat matches the description. The beds are of high quality, the blinds provide complete blackout, and the place is very quiet. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, a microwave oven, a gas stove, and everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed the stay at Michele's place, and we can warmly recommend it :)
