Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

We didn’t get the snow we had hoped for but did some good hikes and enjoyed a peaceful time. Jackie was very good at making suggestions for walks and keeping us up to date on the weather etc. cottage was warm and cosy.

Marija’s home and hospitality were incredible! It was the perfect location between Bled and Bohinj and just the peaceful place I needed. She offered incredible local recommendations from hikes, to waterfalls to wine tasting. You can tell the pure pride and happiness she takes from sharing not only her home but town and country. I feel lucky that I stayed here! I hope to return!

Simon was a great host. He arranged for us to eat a delicious meal of local cuisine, with family-made sausages and garden vegetables. We learned about the history of the area, and grew to appreciate his whole family. We felt so much at home! We highly recommend staying at Miranda's Bar, where hospitality has been at the highest standard for five generations. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. The village of Pivka is quiet and picturesque, and near to the cave and castle attractions. We want to come back!

Entspannung hoch 10. Die Unterkunft Wiesn & Gaudi ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie entspricht den Bildern der Anzeige. Die Betten sind bezogen. Handtücher wurden gestellt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Wir 5 Personen (Kinder 4 & 9 & 12 Jahre alt) hatten hier einen der entspannendsten Urlaub der letzten Jahre. Wir waren 2 Wochen im August hier. Auf über 1000 Meter Höhe mit tollem Bergpanorama, Pool und Tieren (Laufenten, 2 Ziegen, 4 Hühnern, 3 Katzen und vielen Kühen auf der Sommerweide sind Eltern und Kinder sofort gut angekommen. Unsere Kinder haben wir kaum gesehen. Nur wenn der Hunger kam. Sonst haben sie mit den Kindern der anderen 2 Appartements gespielt oder mit den Tieren. Unser Appartement hatte vor der Eingangstüre eine ruhig gelegene Sitzecke einschließlich 2 Sonnenliegen. Wunderbar. Natur und Ruhe pur. Toll ist auch die Lagerfeuerstelle. Die letzten 3 km Fahrtweg hinauf zum Bergbauernhof sind teilweise recht grober Schotter.

Nous confirmons tous les précédents dires sur notre hôte qui répond presque instantanément à toutes nos demandes, et avec le sourire. Ce qui est plus qu'appréciable. Par ailleurs, on peut noter la proximité du logement de la capitale et de l'aéroport tout en étant au calme et au plus prés de la nature. Nous recommandons.

Casa splendida e confortevole, dotata di tutto. Sempre baciata dal sole (quando c'è), ce la siamo goduta alla grande potendo fare tutto quello che non è possibile per chi vive in appartamento. Mangiare fuori, fare il fuoco, guardare le stelle o semplicemente non far nulla seduti ad ascoltare gli uccelli con un buon bicchiere di vino in mano. Estremamente tranquillo il posto. Se volete la jacuzzi, ricordatevi di richiederla espressamente almeno un giorno prima direttamente al proprietario. Noi ai primi di novembre abbiamo trovato tutte le fattorie e le cantine dei dintorni chiuse, non fateci affidamento. Per i bikers allenati (o elettricificati) consigliamo vivamente un giro tra le colline dei dintorni.

Perfect place to stay while in Bohinj area. The host,Marina, is wonderful and ensured our stay was perfect in every way. She checked on us that we were comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with her. The home is neat ,clean and updated . We were a few minutes of walking distance from the bridge and river. She has bicycles available to explore the beautiful area. Plenty of good food to experience in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here

Siamo stati benissimo nello chalet. Era veramente cozy, con il caminetto e una splendida vista. Anche la nostra cagnolina è potuta venire con noi. Maja è stata molto gentile e cortese, ci ha permesso un check-out flessibile.

Beautiful hut in an absolutely stunning location. The pictures looked amazing and I can confirm that it looks at least as good in real life. Rok was a great host, he is very kind, proactively made sure we had everything we needed and was generally very courteous. Could not have wished for anything better!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Brigita et Boris. Ils sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Le logement était très propre et la literie très confortable. Nous avons pu garer la voiture près de la maison. L'environnement calme et verdoyant nous a beaucoup plu. Bref, c'était génial !

Prachtig verblijf, een hele fijne plek met schitterend uitzicht! We hebben heerlijk bij het bijbehorende restaurant gegeten, een aanrader. Aardige mensen en een mooie locatie, dus niet twijfelen maar boeken :) Ik zou deze accommodatie wel vooral aan stellen aanbevelen (niet met kinderen), vanwege de ruimte. Kortom, super!

Lilijana was a great host. She gave us all the information we needed. We were feeling like we were staying at our friend’s house, it was really cosy. The place was equipped with everything we needed. It was really calming just to chill at the garden. And there are also lots of different hiking options around. The view was amazing from the house, you feel the nature. We are already planning to come back again 😅 definitely recommended!

Nina was super helpful with check-in and check-out and the place was very peaceful! The neighbors were very kind and we really enjoyed the access to the bikes.

We had a pleasant stay at Sonja's house. The location is great to explore the area and it was great to come back "home" after a day out to enjoy the comfort of home. We have been traveling with a toddler and it was a great place for home to run around.

My mother was the main guest at this amazing cottage in the spectacular and peaceful rolling hills of the Slovenian countryside. Not only did we all enjoy the clean and comfortable cottage itself, we also greatly enjoyed the farmland on which the cottage sits as well as the walks to nearby cathedrals and villages- all picturesque and serene. And our hosts- Silva, Robbie and Tanja were sincerely wonderful, responsive and kind. My mom liked Silva and Robbie so much that she spent an entire day with them harvesting grapes- and had a memorable, fun experience. We all plan to go back to visit sometime- as soon as we're able. This place is a rare gem- wonderful hosts, a clean, comfortable private space and a chance for deep relaxation from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We had a lovely stay at Jure's place. The location is great with just a short walk to the lake, restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Jure was very responsive and helped recommending restaurants and taxis etc. Definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung von Andreja ist einfach sehr sehr schön. Ein Highlight ist die Sauna und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier genau richtig.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ana's spacious villa, and she and Rok were very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Although their house can fit many more, it still felt cosy and warm for our family of six (three generations). Location wise, it's the best of both worlds as you are in a quiet and peaceful farming village, yet only minutes from the motorway. We took daily sight-seeing trips around Slovenia and even to Venice from this convenient base. The home is clean and well-equipped, but please note there is an airer rather than a tumble drier as listed, although this wasn't a problem for us. We did dine at the local restaurant in the village, and would recommend it for delicious Slovenian food just a few minutes' walk from the villa. We highly recommend Ana's place as a base for exploring Slovenia and beyond!

Miha ist super host, freundlich und proaktiv. Die Unterkunft war super zum entspannen und wir haben uns gut vom Stress erholt. Es ist sehr ruhig und privat. Es ist sehr sauber und sehr schön angerichtet. Alles wunderschön.
