Homestead Log v Bohinju is located approximately halfway between Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj on the right side of the Sava Bohinjka river. It is a large old farm building consisting of a living area, a stable, a barn, a dairy and other auxiliary rooms. The living part of the building was completely renovated and adapted for tourist purposes. All units are furnished in a modern style with new furniture and renovated bathrooms. We are no longer actively engaged in agriculture.

We had a wonderful stay with Annalisa and Lorenzo. The terrace is so peaceful and beautiful . To wake up and spend time with that view was very special. The house is comfortable and peaceful, breakfast is provided and both Lorenzo and Annalisa were always on hand with tips and to answer any questions. We also enjoyed their company and having them upstairs. The roads all round Trieste and especially at the house are steep so I think you need to be a confident driver if doing all by car. Once you get into the groove it’s all very doable. And if Trieste is too much then they live 10 minutes from Barcola beach which is fabulous to chill by the water. As you can tell we loved our stay and hope to visit again.

We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

The best accommodation ever! 1. Location: Perfect location! Easy access to the lake, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There’s parking for those with a car, and public transport is convenient too. 2. Cleanliness: Immaculately clean! Every part of the room, including the bed, furniture, and especially the bathroom, was spotless. The shower drain worked perfectly, and the room had a lovely subtle scent upon arrival. 3. Nice and cosy: The room was incredibly cosy and beautifully decorated. I stayed in all day after a tiring trip, and just being there felt like a healing experience. 4. View: The Lake Bled view was breathtaking! Whether it was sunny, cloudy, or rainy, every moment felt magical from the bed or terrace. 5. My mother was the main guest at this amazing cottage in the spectacular and peaceful rolling hills of the Slovenian countryside. Not only did we all enjoy the clean and comfortable cottage itself, we also greatly enjoyed the farmland on which the cottage sits as well as the walks to nearby cathedrals and villages- all picturesque and serene. And our hosts- Silva, Robbie and Tanja were sincerely wonderful, responsive and kind. My mom liked Silva and Robbie so much that she spent an entire day with them harvesting grapes- and had a memorable, fun experience. We all plan to go back to visit sometime- as soon as we're able. This place is a rare gem- wonderful hosts, a clean, comfortable private space and a chance for deep relaxation from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hum. The apartment is spacious and the balcony has great views. It was very peaceful and a good location from which to explore Goriška Brda. Diana met us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There is a market and restaurant within walking distance, too, which is convenient.

This place is really amaaaazing. Best airbnb ever. The nature is so gorgeous and especially if you are traveling with dogs, this is the place to be. They can run around freely and enjoy themself while you relax. 100% would recommend and will definitely come back.
