This cozy apartment is located on the outskirts of town. The newly renovated apartment has a large living/dining area, a new kitchen, a double and a single room. An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. Two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available for 4 or more guests. Terraces and barbecue can be used free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house. A swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and parking.

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.
