A refuge to breathe differently and feel far from everything despite having everything at hand.

Country house very close to the village

House located in a field of 20 hectares of mountains and hills but very close to the village. It has a swimming pool, fruit grove and horses. It is rustic in style, with large windows. It is next to the village cemetery for those who are superstitious. Notice: the pool receives weekly maintenance but since it is a rural area, it can accumulate remains of leaves at the bottom

Designer house

Relax in this designer house surrounded by nature, very close to everything you might need. It is fully equipped for short and long stays, 2 km from the center of Mendiolaza, 3 km from the center of Villa Allende and 26 km (40 min. by vehicle) from the center of Córdoba. Access to the house has a paved ramp, somewhat narrow to climb, but that any vehicle can easily do.
