Welcome to Eugene and our home! Perfectly located just a mile from the University of Oregon campus, a few blocks from downtown restaurants and shops, and a 2-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. You really couldn’t pick a better spot to land! Built in the 1940's, this charming cottage has been recently renovated with modern updates. The large, fully-fenced backyard provides a private space to sit back on the porch swing, have a cookout, and enjoy our amazing deck!

Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable
