Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this home as it appeared in its photos. We have experienced the opposite. This home was beautifully maintained - very clean - no clutter. We so enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and sitting area. It seemed pretty private, and provided so many things to entertain: air hockey, massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, fishing poles........... It's a great house for a family. Would definitely consider renting this again in the future. Thanks for making this such a welcoming home!

A Perfect Family Getaway ! We had an incredible stay at this home! Traveling with two elementary-aged children and an 8-month-old can be challenging, but the host made it effortless. The house was equipped with everything we needed: a high chair, playpen, and a crib with wheels that was a lifesaver. The pristine cleanliness of the home was immediately noticeable, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our family. The pool was a massive hit with the kids, and the surrounding nature offered a serene backdrop that we all appreciated. One of the standout features was the availability of a wagon stocked with beach chairs, making our beach trips seamless. There were plenty of towels, and the assortment of games and a stereo system kept everyone entertained during downtime. The seating arrangements were ample, accommodating our family comfortably. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our spring break truly memorable

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

This place was very cozy and literally walking distance from everything. Place was clean and it was super easy to contact the host and they contacted us back very quickly. The only that was a little inconvenient was we really needed the pull out couch for a bed and it was so uncomfortable and warn out that we had to buy an air mattress for us to accommodate the sleeping. Also there is only 1 tv for the whole place so when my niece who was sleeping in the living room went to bed we didn’t have entertainment throughout the night for the rest of us. My family works over night so we are night owls and more tvs would have helped a lot. Outside of that the place was amazing and definitely would book again with a smaller group
