This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner.
