We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.

Afterwards relax by the hot tub or on one of the 3 huge decks overlooking the water. Note 1: The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. With that view comes about 90 steps from the top floor all the way down to the water. Note2: Maximum of 4 parking spots onsite.
