Super Lage, super Kommunikation und sogar gratis Pick-Up von der Fährstation. Überraschend ruhige Wohnung und wunderschöne Terasse. Einzig die Küche war wirklich sehr klein und mehr für kalte Speisen eingerichtet.. Würden sofort wieder kommen - Danke!

This Airbnb was super safe! It was behind a locked gate and the apartment itself was clean and beautiful. You are about two streets off the main road which has lots of market stalls and some really tasty restaurants (kings and Hanoi house are amazing!!! JF Killicoffee has the best coffee!!!). It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Nungwi beach area. It’s not a bad walk, just hot if you try to go mid-day. Saidi is the property manager and he’s incredibly helpful!!! He can help get a taxi, rent a scooter, and offer some good recommendations. He’s very kind and a welcome face for this solo traveler! I found the area to be safe. I walked alone at night frequently from dinner and did not feel like I was at risk of harm. This is located near local people so you get a better sense of the island than you would in a resort area.

This was my third stay with Saidi in Fumba, and just like the first time, it was absolutely fantastic! Saidi is an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything needed. His hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. Whether it’s enjoying the serene surroundings, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing, Fumba is a great escape from the busier parts of Zanzibar. What keeps me coming back is not just the beautiful setting but also Saidi’s genuine kindness and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. Es war ein toller Urlaub mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett neu und wird liebevoll von Lisa und ihrem Mann gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gesund und nahrhaft. Wie man es sich wünscht :) In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem tollen Naturstrand, der nicht von vielen Touristen belagert ist und man hat seine Ruhe. Mit dem Mopedtaxi kann man jederzeit in die Stadt, bzw. sich auch Sachen ins Airbnb liefern lassen… das ist wirklich ein toller Service. Wenn man einen längeren Ausflug plant, sind die Gastgeber stets zu Hilfe einen Wagen mit Fahrer zu organisieren. Im Airbnb ist keine Kilmaanlage, was aber nicht stört, da im oberen Stock stets ein guter Luftstrom durch die Deckenventilatoren + Balkon entsteht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

the (3) apartments are nicely located on a private fenced property with a (masai) security at night. hosts are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. as it is a little community you are likely to interact with the 2 other apartments when occupied. we had very nice neighbours with whom we spent some nice evenings. You should be aware that the apartments do not have airconditioning so in the two hot months of January and February it can become very warm in the apartments with only a ceiling fan. But we had a very nice and welcoming stay here.

One of the most attentive hosts i have ever experienced on Airbnb. Abdul not only ensured someone was available to greet me on arrival, he actually guided my taxi driver to the location over the phone. It felt like he was contactable 24/7 and provided everything that i asked for, even onward travel to Paje which was súper nice. The appartment is exactly as photographed, with great Wifi and excellent AC in the bedroom. Within walking distance to the main touristy área of Stone Town, the appartment has you living next door to the islands locals which makes it incredibly authentic. It can be a busy área during the day but the appartment is very quiet, with full time security too. I felt very safe. As my first time in Zanzibar i felt very welcomed. Thank you.

I recently stayed at this lovely villa in Nungwi and had a fantastic time. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Nungwi.

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

We had an amazing time at Liza’s villa! It’s a very beautiful house, especially the pool area and the rooftop. Liza provided a lot of information about the house and the area beforehand, which was appreciated.

Dieses Airbnb ist der absolute Wahnsinn!!! Ich habe selten eine so nette und freundliche Person getroffen wie Calister. Wir wurden total lieb in Empfang genommen, wir haben eine Führung durch die Villa erhalten und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet und super modern und sauber und es riecht herrlich nach Citrus Duft. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Wasserflaschen und wir haben einen Obstkorb erhalten. Das gesamte Auftreten von Calister und Ihrem Team ist super professionell und man fühlt sich sehr Willkommen. Absolutes Highlight der Villa ist der tolle Pool, mit Blick aufs Meer. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und empfehle Sie definitiv weiter!!!

Zoe is a pleasant host, she was flexible with check in times and greeted us personally. Apartment is nice, it's close to the main road and boda will take you for 2-3k shillings to Kendwa or Nungwi beach. Wi-fi worked good during our whole stay. Quality of shower is very good. Zoe solved promptly one small problem that we had with stove. She even helped me with some meds when i was sick. Things for improvement: there is water pressure pump for house but sometimes it didn't work, so sometimes pressure was low. Zoe said that she has a plan to change water pump, so i think she will solve it for future guests. As per listing, there are no AC units, but there are ceiling fans in every room. Also washing machine would be nice add on for future guests, although there is a house helper who can wash your clothes for 20k shillings per wash except underwears, that you need to wash yourself. If you don't mind those small cons, you won't go wrong with Zoe and her place.

For us Marias place was an oasis of tranquility, peace and beauty... the colorful, rich and lovingly cared garden, a very comfortable pool, conscitious house cleaning, an incredible rooftop with nice breeze and the possibility to take a shower upstairs were amazing. Mohu ubytování jen doporučit, od komunikace po rezervaci, přes odvoz z letiště až po přivítání a ubytování na apartmán, se vším jsme byli spokojeni. Rodinný apartmán poskytuje dostatek prostoru a vynikající vybavení pro vaření. Postele jsou velmi pohodlné a terasa skvěle uzpůsobená k odpočinku v soukromí díky vzrostlým nádherně kvetoucím keřům. Dále parádní byla velkorysá snídaně v ceně a 2 bazény, z nichž minimálně jeden z nich jsme měli kdykoliv jen pro sebe. Areál je velmi dobře udržovaný, bazény čisté a okolí apartmánů opečovávané. Na pláž je to asi 5 minut chůze a stejně tak na začátek vesnice, kde člověk může nakoupit vše, co potřebuje a navíc i při procházce pozorovat místní život. Moc děkujeme majitelům a celému personálu za skvělý pobyt.

Riz is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay in his apartment. Very spacious various balconies and spotless clean! What stood out the most was the communication between Riz and me. Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Abdallah, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé très proche des petites rues étroites de Stone Town qui mènent au bord de mer en 8mn à pied. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et Abdallah répondait à toutes nos questions dès que nous en avions besoin. Idéal pour découvrir Stone Town et ses richesses, merci encore !
