House in Höga Kusten Cleaning and bedclothes included

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Wood for the fireplace is included in the rental rate. Final cleaning is included. Warm welcome!

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Welcome to this lovely renovated home on popular Sandslån. It has a total of five bedrooms and nice social areas. There is both a bathroom and a toilet. Suitable as a vacation home or as a business accommodation. The house is located on a scenic and secluded plot next to a forest edge with horse pasture. Sandslån is a real gem! Within about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beach, fishing, restaurant, cafe, Industrial Museum and boat club where you can rent both sauna and canoes at a good price! Welcome

In only 15 minutes by car you have made it to Skuleberget with several options to visit the top and enjoy the sought-after view. You only have about 30 minutes by car to Norrfällsviken. Also visit Nordingrå, Bönhamn or Rotsidan! The possibilities are many and you will stay in the middle of the High Coast between Härnösand, (45min) Kramfors (35min) and Örnsköldsvik (45min). Welcome!

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Has a slightly private location and is close to a stream so you can hear the hill's noise. Located behind the farm's barn building. Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom. It is a shared common space with the other cottage. The loft cottage.

The house is located in Ullånger/Knäppa, right in the heart of Höga Kusten. Proximity to Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, sea and lake swimming, Höga Kusten boats to Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan and Fäberget, etc. • E4/Bicycle and walking path runs just below the cottage, which stretches all the way to Skuleberget. • 5 km to bus station and grocery store (Coop) in Ullånger. • Close to sea fishing.
