In the summer kitchen, you can cook either on an open fire or on a gas grill. The summer kitchen and the cottage kitchen complement each other perfectly. The fun mobile sauna heats up with wood and offers gentle steam baths and a place to wash with lake water. The large lake terrace is most likely the most beautiful living room where you have watched nature shows.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

The story of Soiniitty Manor dates back to the 17th century. Its current main building was built in the late 1800s. Soiniitty is a farm that has belonged to the Mustila and Pukaro estates. Soiniitty has five accommodation rooms (Anita, Ebba, Elli, Kyra and Henrik), all with their own kitchen or kitchenette and bathroom. Soiniitty is located only 500 m from Highway 6. 110 km to Helsinki, 104 km to the airport, 20 min - 30 km to Kouvola, 50 km to Porvoo and 38 km to Loviisa. Mustila Arboretum is only 5 km away.

Behind the bedroom's double doors are two beds, which are also easy to separate. The living room has a sofa bed that can be opened. The property is ideal for 1-3 adults, but it is also well suited for a family of four. Enjoy the ease of life in this quiet, centrally located place.

The apartment building is quiet and tidy. There is a market (Sale) next door, where it is easy to pick up breakfast items (open every day from 7am to 11pm). Free parking in the yard. The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.

Guests will have privacy in a separate house beside our main house. The house has a large bedroom with airconditioning, a kitchenette, a private toilet, an electric sauna and a shower room. The apartment is located in a small house with private entrance opposite to our own house. No nextdoor neighbours. One double bed (width 160 cm) or two separate beds (width 80cm) and possibility for an extra bed on a sofa bed (width 100cm).

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
