House 23 in Sodwana Bay was the perfect getaway for our family. Resting in the tree canopy, we woke up to birdsong every day. We easily self-catered because of ample kitchen supplies and space. Bruce helped with the best recommendations for local restaurants and ocean activities as well.. The beach was only a short drive away, easily accessible with affordable daily rates at the iSimangaliso Wetland Park gate. This was our first time to Sodwana Bay and definitely not our last. It is yet another magical place in South Africa. Thanks for your excellence, Bruce.

A lovely little gem in St Lucia! Beautifully renovated, stylishly decorated and with all the necessary appliances. Perfectly located in a safe and secure complex, with a lush garden. Pamela and Annemie were great hosts. We loved our 3 night stay! Highly recommended.

Stunning lodge, we had a great stay! Guests can only walk around the estate. Game: cute bush babies, saw a few nyala and red duiker; spoor of a giraffe and zebra. Lovely bird life. Some distant traffic noise can be heard from the R22. Rooms beautiful, comfortable; main living area not cleaned to perfection and a few minor aspects do require maintenance - kitchen, deck walkways, light bulbs need replacing etc. Take a kettle for the gas stove (there wasn't one!) and own coffee for plunger, unless you are satisfied with instant coffee sachets. Were disappointed that an 8-sleeper lodge only had 2 champagne glasses and 4 wine glasses! - more attention is needed on these details. Pool: inviting but water cold, we did not swim. Load shedding a real problem as there is NO WATER at all when the electricity is off- be SURE to check the load shedding schedule to time your shower/bath and fill kettle! Host is not on site and communication channels were slow between us, host and management/owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's place! The cottage is really very well equipped, it is spacious, the linen is beautiful and the kitchen is well kitted out. When I come back to Sodwana, I would definitely want to stay there again. Highly recommended!!!

This is a delightful beautiful home with large rooms and many many thoughtful extras. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. A proper gem - only downside is that as it gets better known getting to stay will be difficult as it's sure to be fully booked...

Marleen is a great host and was very helpful and understanding during our entire stay. I highly recommend this place. It’s also located close to shopping and restaurants.

What a gem. Nothing fancy but such charm and the pool was a real win. Everthing is clean, the dishwasher is such a bonus, really worth paying a visit here. Close to the parks and to St lucia. Thanks Martie, we so enjoyed our stay !

A real feeling of home from home. Right from the friendly staff at the gatehouse and reception to the warm welcome given by Bruce. Primrose looked after us brilliantly as well. We were there for scuba diving which excelled and the local restaurants were great too. All topped off by a special personal touch from Bruce and Neil - thank you.

The place is absolutely great…!! Is you like peace and tranquillity, would suggest to book it. No noise and away from hustle. The house has ample amount of greenery and all the amenities what you would look for. The host was very friendly and clear with the information. It’s located close to the beach so that’s an add-on, you can jog to the beach. Also you can do stargazing by sitting in the garden area. Overall it was a nice stay.

Keren’s place on Kuleni Game Reserve is truly one of a kind. The amount of wildlife within view of the home and the incredible tree house were all amazing! The home was extremely comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and offered plenty to do for my small family. We honestly spent most of our time playing in or around the tree house, sticking closer to home than walking the grounds. Seeing giraffe, wildebeest, warthogs, duirek, insects, and beautiful foliage from our back steps was such a treat! There was a really nice local restaurant just past the entrance to the park. It had a varied menu with vegetarian options and a small market that sold almond milk and other goods. The play area at the restaurant was another lovely place for us to enjoy outdoors. Keren’s place is very close to Imfolozi game reserve where we took a 4 hour safari in search of “the big 5,” the people were friendly, and there was plenty to see and do. And helpful staff on hand. Overall, I highly recommend a stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sonja’s Airbnb. She was incredibly quick to respond to any questions and made the whole process so smooth. Her friendly demeanor made us feel very welcome, and her home was spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place to base ourselves for Hluhluwe. Our three young kids loved going for a walk in the reserve and spotting animals along the way; highlight was a visit from a bush baby at night and giraffe and zebra on the last morning. Also enjoyed Delishh restaurant near the entrance to the reserve. Was convenient for those nights we didn’t want to cook.

Really lovely place to stay! Close to the main road and the property was clean and super well maintained! The pool was a great addition!
