Great place to stay with an unusual indoor / outdoor setup. It was wonderful to dip in the pool after a hot day. Breakfast was delicious. Very kind and helpful staff. Only downside is if it rains, there is no shelter as you unlock the door, so you get soaked.

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Had a great stay at Daniell's place. Fast response and easy to communicate. Surprised with welcome packs including breakfast corner, fresh fruit and warm tea and cold drink when we arrived. The caretaker, Pak Muji, had already turned on the AC to beat Yogyakarta's hot weather. Fresh towels were provided with 5 🌟 hotel quality. The rooms smelled amazing, really had a good night sleep. The problem was only upstairs bathroom, it shower head need to be fixed asap. This property doesn't provide washing machine as laundry service is very affordable in Yogyakarta and easy to find. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting Yogyakarta.

Third time staying here. Recommended. Price, amenities, location and service. Will be here again, if I go to Yogya.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s a beautiful place to stay with lots of character. I loved the use of wood, and the furniture, and even the Batik pattern of the wallpaper, some really nice Javanese touches. It’s very comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

The place is clean and quite comfortable for spending time with big family. The owner is friendly and responsive, if you ask for something, they prepare it quickly. For this price, it's already really good. Just don’t expect too much—it’s worth what you pay for.

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.

Astrid and her helper, Irfan, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we loved all the rooms—the interior is chic and thoughtfully designed. Just a couple of things that could be improved: the water pressure was quite low, and we found the kettle in a moldy condition.

very comfortable to stay at Dewi Guest house, the location is also strategic, the homeowner is very responsive, the house is clean, the sheets & blankets are very fragrant, the air conditioning is also cold, finding food is easy, if you have a chance you want to stay at Dewi Guest house again the shortcomings are only in amenities, such as sugar, tea, coffee that is not there, hehehe

The house is nice, cozy, and spacious with 4 rooms, the front yard can park 2 cars, and there is a back terrace. Residential atmosphere, there are stalls/grocery stores near the house. Kitchen utensils and complete amenities. Close to tourist attractions such as gembira loka.

A comfy house. Its located very near to Malioboro, the house looks exactly like in the photos. The house is very clean, it has 3 bedrooms. the house is big, I think it can accommodate around 10 people. Evelyn is very responsive and friendly. My family really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I LOVED our stay at this listing! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all of the AC works nicely, airflow and air circulation were good, we felt right at home! The host is also very helpful and responsive. He helped us to settle in and made sure that we knew how everything works before leaving. He was also proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay goes smoothly. Another huge plus point was when we got stuck in traffic on our way back from Borobudur temple, they were super kind to let us have a late check out. We will definitely come back here again next time we stay in Jogja and we highly recommend this listing for groups of friends or family!

The stay was good. We enjoyed cooking and feel like home. 2 cats kimi and komo entertained us. Sri, the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Excellent traditional Javanese house and beautiful garden. We loved the plants and the surrounding.

If you want a private peaceful area but not far from the center of the city, this place is the best. Bring a family with baby or toddler you will got peace of mind knowing the area is far from traffic but also not “remote”. There are nice cafe next to it, owned by the same person. My favorite local dish: miedes. Delicious, unique, and you can’t find it anywhere outside south jogja.
