The host was helpful and flexible even mthough we arrived at 3pm via train in Jogja. The place was easy to find by Grabcar, the access was easy. We had a great time at Sifa's with all amenities complete for our short vacation needs. We rented motorcycles in Jogja and there are ample parking space in front of the house. Its not near the busy and noisy part of the town, but yet still close to everywhere. Highly recommended

I really happy stay in this place, super clean modern and the best part is this villa have big and clean swinging pool. The place is really strategic and easy to find. Every room have air condition enough bathroom and complete kitchen set. The important things is the villa is enough lighting and not creepy at all. It was such a satisfying stay here at Alterstay. The host was very responsive, they even created a WA group to make sure they provided good services. The rooms were clean, and so did the bathrooms. Our big family fit in this huge villa, the kids were happy too. However, it was a bit tricky to order food delivery services since the address is a bit confusing. You just need to give a right instruction and direction to the driver. 10/10 would comeback and recommend if you are in jogja with a big group!

Great place to stay with family, sleek and comfort, great location. Mas Reza was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall is a great experience.

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

A very comfortable place to stay, quiet, cold air conditioning. The location is close to several different places to eat, also close to convenience stores. Communicative service provider, delivery of information is very clear. Next time you will stay here again if you visit Jogja with your family.

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

Situated in the Taman Siswa area, with maximum capacity of 8-Person, it offers easy access to popular destinations like Malioboro Street, Keraton Yogyakarta (Sultan’s Palace), and Alun-Alun Selatan. It’s a short drive to these landmarks, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the city. However, the entrance road is quite narrow, which might be challenging if you’re driving a large vehicle. Motorbikes and smaller cars can pass through without much trouble, but those with larger vehicles may need to be extra careful. For the rooms.. it's clean, cozy, and well-maintained. While not luxurious, they offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the dining area and living room area, pretty comfortable for groups!

the place is very comfortable, recommendations for holidays with large families. The place is in the middle of" between parangtritis and jogja city. So if you want to play in the parangtritis area it's not too far from the city center,. if there is an opportunity to play lg to jogja, will stay here,.

The place is strategic, near big roads and places to eat. Comfortable, very homy. The floor is clean, even after the sandals don't feel dusty feet. there are 4 rooms, all have a toilet and bathroom inside. there are bolster pillows too. TV in every room, only broken. To check in, the agreement is with Pak Agung who lives in the back of the house. He was very friendly and helpful. Picking up breakfast (yellow rice/uduk/gudeg), you can help shuttle, you can buy souvenirs too. when you stay here my son happens to be sick, vomiting is hit by a bed linen. pak Agung immediately replace the bed linen with a new one and lend a balm. Thank you Pak Agung.

Miss Salma place is very nice, i stayed with my family for 2 days and we all like to stayed there. i will defendently recommed this place and if i come to jogja i will book this place again

Thank you rown homestay for giving the best when there.. at the beginning we were hesitant when we saw the reviews there were animals and the house was not clean .. when we came to the house was not clean.. when we came the house was clean there were no animals .. the position of the house was in a residential area in the middle of the city close to tugu and downtown .. I would recommend and come back when in jogja .. thank you for providing the best memories when we were in jogja

We booked the second time and where again really happy with Ferry’s accommodation. It’s super clean, many nice details and just really comfy to stay. It’s very quiet so it’s easy to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The WiFi connection is fast and good for working. I will definitely be back!

Recommendations for places to stay. Very informative, cleanliness is ok

Staying at SabiHouse provided pleasant memories for our family. Children can swim in the pool as much as possible, by staying under the supervision of parents because the kitchen is next to the pool. The kitchen is also clean, the cookware is also complete. Right in front of the inn, there is a mosque. Car parking is ample but the transportation is not too wide. Overall, staying at SabiHouse is wonderful and awsome. Thank you SabiHouse.
