If it weren't for Rose's recommendation, we would have missed the cute platypus and echidna! Her house is very beautiful, very clean and tidy. Rose is very nice and she also prepared healthy and nutritious smoothies for us! This accommodation experience is simply amazing!

I appreciate that she was flexible with check-in and check-out time when it was possible for her to do so. Highly recommended for those who appreciate cosy ambience and pleasant surroundings.

The stay at Alice's place was ideal for us arriving on the Spirit into Devonport and located a few minutes from the ferry terminal and was great to begin settling in for the evening. The location was ideal with the seaside opposite and some great parklands and walking trails and also only 10 minutes into Devonport and all the amenities there. Alice was able to provide some insight into local attractions in the area to enjoy. Overall a great place, ideally located and handy to most facilities.

The kitchen is designed with Tasmanian Myrtle timber cabinetry and features modern appliances, including an oven and full-size refrigerator. A large window offers natural light and views, while a dining area with a small table sits adjacent, accommodating four people.
