Real villa feel so close to the Ipoh city. The place is cleaned and well maintained with lots of amenities. Good for big families. Pool is amazing. They had a dining table that converts to a pool and ping pong table, an arcade console and a karaoke set with mics, more than enough to keep all of us entertained! 😊

The house is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for large groups. Everyone had enough room to relax, and the common areas were ideal for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the overall environment was peaceful. The host was also very helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a cozy and private place to stay together. ✅ Pros: • Very spacious and clean • Suitable for big families or group gatherings • Well-equipped with all basic facilities • Peaceful and private environment 🚫 Cons: • Occasionally could hear dogs barking from a neighboring house, especially at night. Not a big issue, but something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, still a lovely stay and we’d happily return for another short getaway.

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

Jenice’s house is the best, clean, spacious and she provides with loads of games and activities. The house location is also strategic, only 15-20mins to town. Will definitely booked again next time ☺️

Second time staying here. It really does feel like home. Everything was smooth and easy. Down to having firm pillows, which is lacking in most places. Everything was PERFECT. Will definitely come again.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate how responsive and kind you’ve been throughout. The home was perfect for our family – spacious, well-equipped, nice, clean and super comfortable. It honestly felt just like at home. All rooms, including the living hall, are equipped with air-conditioning, which is a big plus. The peaceful environment and strong WiFi made it easy for us to work and the location was super convenient. It’s only about 10–15 minute drive to Ipoh City. During our stay, we visited Gerbang Malam, Pasar Karat, and a few other great attractions. There are also plenty of amazing restaurants nearby serving mouth-watering local food. Highly recommend stay to anyone planning to visit Meru or Ipoh. Quick responses and clear instructions made the check-in super easy. 10/10 for everything. Thank you for being such a great host. We’ll definitely recommend your place to friends and would love to come back again.

Firstly, the place match the price paid. Dekat dgn petron, tempat breakfast, convenience store, kedai buah, etc. Rumah pun senang nak cari. Ada iron, toilet 2 and AC kt master bedroom.

The house is great for a big family as it felt at home with the house being spacious and comfortable. All rooms had ACs and ceiling fan (except the down room, but had a stand fan), there was a Coway water dispenser, porch was huge that could fit 2 SUVs, its in a gated community, though both neigbors have dogs, it wasn't much of a trouble. All in all, the location is easy to get to with a car, the house was great and Jason was really helpful and responsive for all the minor issues I had. Highly recommended if you are looking for a house for 8-9 pax.

minimalize and comfy place

Ivy’s place is everything she described it to be. The place was spacious and looked exactly like the picture. The sofas were comfortable and the bed linens were soft and clean. Had a good night rest for the two night my family stayed over. I appreciate that tv box and game consoles were provided. I enjoyed movie binge-ing at night and also had hours of fun playing the games on the sole with my kids. Wifi was zippy and fast as advertised as well. I thought it was ingenious to have the dry and wet kitchen/washing Bay Area spilt apart as it separates the noise from the dining and living area, albeit the furnishing not as nice; but, it has everything. The parking space was ample and I appreciate the overhead shelter for the vehicle. Last, I want to commend Ivy for her attentiveness and prompt response. I had some trouble getting in (but was my fault) but Ivy was fast to response and aid me. Overall, a good place to stay considering the price we paid for it.

We had a very pleasant stay here at Nurs. The location is perfect, very near to lost world. Few minutes away from local restaurants. Only one things maybe you can add water heater to the bathroom, other then that its was a good stay. Thank you for accommodating us
