Tolles Konzept - wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Natasha hatte uns für das Frühstück super leckeres Gebäck und Brot besorgt und die beiden waren für jegliche Anfragen schnell erreichbar. Definitiv die beste Unterkunft, die wir in Patagonien hatten!

Wonderful stay before and after our W trek. We had a group of 7, and the place fit all of us without feeling crowded. We stayed for 2 nights prior to the trek, and 1 night afterwards. There's a great view of the mountains from the spacious shared area. The whole place was very clean and welcoming, and the host was very communicative and helpful. The three identical bathrooms meant that we were never scrambling or waiting on someone else. They stored our bags while we were trekking, and the bags were ready for us once we returned. Puerto Natales is a pretty small town, and it was easy to walk from the place to great restaurants, shops, and the bus station. Highly recommended!

Marisol a été d'une grande gentillesse. Toujours très attentionnée, elle nous a même prêté des bâtons de marche sans lesquels nous n'aurions pas pu faire les randonnées à Torres del Paine. On a la vue sur le "fjord" depuis les fenêtres, et du balcon. Pour ceux qui, comme nous, arrivent en bus, la terminal des Bus est à 5 minutes de marche, même avec des valises. Le supermarché "Colo Colo", et une bonne boulangerie à proximité, sont un plus. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir du lieu et de notre hôtesse, Marisol. Je recommande vivement, et si la vie nous ramène par ici, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Deze accommodatie is echt een pareltje. Het is een heel gezellig ingericht huisje met sfeer lampjes. En alle ramen hebben uitkijk op de bomen. De bedden waren heerlijk, heel fijn met lakens van katoen en dikke dekbedden. Het was super schoon. We vonden het jammer dat we weer weg moesten.

Cabaña muy cómoda para descansar luego de los trekking!!. Excelente sistema de calefacción por caldera, muy agradable!! Tuvimos todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. Hay varios minimarket cercanos que permiten hacer las compras diarias. Anfitrión muy amable nos ayudó con recomendaciones locales. La recomiendo totalmente!!

We had an amazing stay at the Pool House! The house itself is very well laid out, beautifully furnished and very clean. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The pool is warm and very clean… my kids loved swimming in there. The property is situated about 3km from the centre of Puerto Natales. There is a walking path along the main road, which is next to the waterway. You can also drive into town and there is ample parking. Overall, a great base to explore Puerto Natales and surrounds.

Fabíola foi muito prestativa em se dirigir até a casa para nos orientar sobre o uso dos aparelhos de calefação uma vez que não tínhamos nenhum conhecimento sobre os aparelhos. Casa muito aconchegante, cozinha muito bem equipada e garagem privativa para quem estives com veículo. Recomendo a hospedagem na casa da Fabíola.

La cabaña es muy cómoda y bonita, equipada con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía en Natales. Su ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todo, lo que permite recorrer fácilmente a pie. Cabe destacar la calefacción, que mantiene un ambiente cálido y agradable durante todo el día.

El departamento es muy acogedor, es muy lindo y te sientes como en casa. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama está genial! Los host y cohost han sido muy atentos y amables, el personal del edificio también, estamos muy agradecidos con sus atenciones. Respuestas muy rápidas desde que reservamos y hasta el check out, definitivamente lo recomiendo. Todo ha estado increíble. Además hay autoservicios cerca, se llega caminando al centro, el barrio es tranquilo y me sentí seguro todo tiempo. El condominio está muy bien cuidado también y la alberca está riquísima y con buena entrada de sol y una vista muy linda. Si vuelvo a Natales volveré a quedarme con ellos. Muchas gracias chicos!

This is was a comfortable place to stay in Puerto Natales. José Mari was very communicative and even provided restaurant and tour recommendations. Our family appreciated the three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We appreciated having the self check in!

Muy cómodo, acogedor, limpio y sobre todo perfectamente ubicado. Calefacción perfecta, ambientes aromatizados y depto perfectamente equipado (incluso más de lo que dice la descripción). La piscina extraordinaria y anfitriones muy amables y flexibles. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme.
