Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige stedet. Nydelig sjøutsikt og meget gode solforhold. Stor veranda både med og uten tak. Uttrekkbare levegger som skjermer for både innsyn og vind. En fin, liten spasertur på 15 minutt til sentrum hvor blandt annet håndtverksbakeri, butikker, bibliotek, kino, kulturhus, klatrevegg, svømmebasseng, parker og sandstrand kan være noe å utforske. Fuglefjellet Runde ligger 45 minutter med bil, for den som ønsker å oppleve yrende fugleliv rett ut i havgapet

Gode fiske og bademuligheter i sjøen, samt behagelige fjell om man ønsker litt trim. Det er kort veg til Fosnavåg eller Ulsteinvik som har mange restauranter og butikker.
