Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room! An immaculate 6,000 sq ft home, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sleeps 20+ (add charges for over 20). 3 living rooms. A cozy simple theatre room. Direct access to thousands of acres of recreation (atv & mountain biking trails)! Close to numerous reservoirs, hiking trails, and dinosaur attractions. Near the Quarry Dinosaur National Monument. Relax on the new massage chair and in the spacious hot tub. Fiber optic internet. No garage access.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Near to a large family park and only a few blocks from the main strip and the Latter Day Saint Temple. Ask me about Uinta Battle Zone Fun Center! (Lazer tag or mini golf) Watch the 4th of July fireworks from the front drive as the festivities are just down the road! Due to allergy issues, please indicate if you are bringing pets. This property has a window A/C unit and many many fans available for use during your summer stay.

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
