House vacation rentals in Ugljan

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Kroatien war perfekt! Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung – modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ideal, nur wenige Minuten von einer großen Stadt entfernt.Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Besonders die kleinen Details und die gemütliche Einrichtung haben uns begeistert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Kroatien suchen! Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen wie begeistert wir von allem waren .

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, tolle Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, die Zeit dort haben wir sehr genossen. Milan ist ein super netter Gastgeber, bereits vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt und wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. Ми сім'єю з двома дітьми 10 років зупинилися у помешканні Томіслави на тиждень. Це були неймовірні враження. Квартира зручна, красива, обладнанна необхідною технікою (у тому числі посудомийкою), зручними меблями, великий балкон, де можна розкішно проводити час, діти з нього не виходили. До пляжу, 5 хвилин пішки, він розділений на неглибокий з піщаним входом - для маленьких дітей, та на пляж з галькою більш глибокий для дорослих. Щоранку на невеликому базарі біля моря можна придбати свіжу рибу та приготувати її на грилі у зоні барбекю на території проживання у Томіслави. Окремо хочу подякувати господині Томіславі за чуйність і увагу, дуже приємна і дружня людина.

L'alloggio si trova in una bella zona, tranquilla con a due passi un piccolo supermercato e Qualche bar. Fuori casa inizia la strada pedonale che porta al centro storico, raggiungibile in una mezz'oretta a piedi; la strada è caratterizzata da numerose splendide calette. La posizione della casa per noi è stata l'ideale proprio perché tranquilla e buona come posizione. Danijel e sua moglie sono molto disponibili alle comunicazione, riservati e non invadenti. Il monolocale è piccolo ma dispone di tutto il necessario ed è molto comodo e confortevole. Cucina e bagno attrezzato e tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine! Grazie Danijel!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

Lovely apartment. With perfect facilities. Marco was very friendly and his restaurant in Tisno is also highly recommended.

This was a very quaint place to stay! A peaceful patch of land, a cozy space with amenities, an outdoor kitchen, free cherries on arrival (which will obviously be seasonal), and a warm greeting from our keyholder. My only qualm was the GPS coordinates on the listing not matching the actual location of the cottage. We had not booked through an agency before and have given them this feedback. Be sure to reach out to your keyholder well in advance so your arrival is not delayed, like ours was. Once we got there, we were very pleased! We hope this only improves for future guests.

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

Wir haben erst am Abend eingeckt und wurden schon herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten Wasser im Kühlschrank und mussten alltägliche Sachen wie Toilettenpapier Küchenrolle Waschlappen Spülmittel usw. nicht kaufen da alles vorhanden war. Was ich sehr gut fanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon der schön zum sitzen war. Wir bekamen sogar frisch gepflückte Weintrauben. Es war alles wunderbar und so hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Antonia war immer erreichbar und hat uns auch Tipps gegeben. Nur der Fernseher war schon etwas älter und man konnte kein deutsches Programm oder Netflix usw schauen. Was aber nicht schlimm war. Nur falls es für jemanden wichtig ist, gut zu wissen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen zum Meer und auch nach Zadar Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist einfach Traumhaft gelegen und Top modern eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig. Im hinteren Garten ist eine Wäscheleine gespannt. Der Pool ist nicht zu tief und groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Leider ist die Wohnung doch Recht nah an der Strasse, sodass man ab und zu mal eine Auto hört, wenn man am Pool liegt. Vielleicht könnte man hier ein paar Hecke. pflanzen. Das Haus ist so neu, dass es leider noch nicht bei Google Maps/Satellit eingezeichnet ist. Aber durch die schönen blauen Fensterläden ist es leicht zu find n.

We had an excellent stay. Rade met us at the house and gave us a very thorough check in and also came to the house for our check out. He also made some great local recommendations and provided us with a very nice bottle of local wine and a corkscrew! Much appreciated. During our stay, he was very responsive when we had any issues. The only slight downside was that it was about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and the majority of the restaurants. However, there were a few restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk of the house. I would still highly recommend this house.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

We spent a wonderful holiday in this house, 7 adults plus 3 children. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, each floor is a separate apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and terrace. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with an ice cube maker, which was mainly used by children. There is a sitting area with a fireplace near the house, where we grilled fish and spent evenings together. The house offers many options, it has its own parking lot where you can park 3-4 cars, it has a basketball court where we "improved" our poor basketball skills :) and the whole yard is fenced, so we didn't have to watch the children so carefully. If I could find this type of house for every vacation I go on, it would meet all my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate at all. The approach of the owner was very nice and friendly moreover the wine from his vineyard is very tasty ;). Thanks for his service. I really highly recommend this house.

Lovely, convenient apartment, walking distance from city center, matches pictures and description. Has everything you might need during your stay in Zadar. Very friendly and responsive host and also her parents. Overall great place! :)

Wir waren mit dem Haus und der Lage sehr zufrieden! Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig! Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man benötigt. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit den Schildkröten. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war bestens und ihr Onkel Ratko war sehr nett 👍🏻😊

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je odličan! Vlasnica je jako ljubazna i uvijek dostupna za sva pitanja, a na poruke je odgovarala u najkraćem mogućem roku. Smještaj je bio čist, uredan i ugodan, točno onakav kakav je prikazan na slikama. Sve je bilo odlično i sigurno ćemo se vratiti kad budemo ponovno u ovom kraju. Preporučujem svima!
