This charming traditional Dalmatian house is in Ždrelac on Pašman, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the harbor and village center. Built by our family 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit. Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

Apartman studio katalea sadrži prostor koji je idealan za parove ili parove s dijetetom.Apartman je potkrovlje koji ima svoje čari. Ispred kuće se nalazi vrt sa stolom. U vrtu se nalaz i BBQ. Smiješten je na lokaciji koja je odlična za nočne izlaske koji su udaljeni svega 10-15 min hoda. Plaža je udaljena 5 min od apartmana. U ovom apartmanu auto vam nije potrebno. Autobusni kolodvor je udaljen 3-5 min.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.

Villa Nana, stone house with kayak and bicycles

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. It has separate entrance and parking space. It's spacious, it has a lot of light. Ideal for two or for a family with children. Walk to the nearest beach takes 20 minutes (2 Kilometers). The old town is 3 kilometers (30 minutes walk). By car drive to the old town in 5 minutes.
