Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. Pretty, small garden room, quietly located right next to the Uetliberg recreation area. The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. Bakery and restaurants in the village.

Enjoy your stay at the heart of Zurich in the this sought after district by locals. My apartment is available when I am travelling. I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. Bernhard is a wonderful host, accommodative and helpful. He is prompt and proactive with his communication and gives guidelines and recommendations if you require. I will recommend his apartment. The only caveat is that his apartment is a bit away from the Zurich main city but it is very well connected by public transport.

Super nice people. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed staying there. Their instructions on getting there were clear and easy. The metro system and the bus system are great in that area.

This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.
