The place is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the attention to detail as well as the tasteful furnishings with an artistic personal touch. The large garden offers an opportunity to relax or can be used by children as a playground. The rooms are large with enough storage space for the items you bring with you. Shopping facilities are located in the village of Zinnowitz. By bike you can explore the area wonderfully or relax (10 minutes walk) on the beach. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. Very nice little house with good space for 4 people. Many household items such as spices, tea or dishwashing tabs are provided. Everything looks very welcoming. Manuela is very quick to respond to inquiries.

We had very nice days at the place for Easter. The house has exactly the amenities that are described. The house is new and very well finished. The high-end appliances in the kitchen were great, which makes a stay with several people much easier. The bathrooms as well as the rest of the house were super clean, the bathrooms are very modern and newly refurbished. We would rent the house again, as it does not require long journeys to Kołobrzeg or Świnoujście.

The place is very tastefully decorated and as described. Good accessibility of the hosts and a great garden. The accommodation and the island are also highly recommended in the even colder seasons.

Marius Airbnb has given us wonderful days. The host himself was always available and made a great effort for us. The house is great, especially for many people, for example, sufficient dishes and cutlery, enough rooms, all rooms beautifully furnished - some with kitchen. Sauna, hot tub, pool table... everything your heart desires! The area is wonderfully quiet, by car you can reach Szczecin or the lagoon very quickly. Conclusion: we'd love to come back!

Overall it was a great place. Plenty of space, well equiped kitchen and coin operated laundry downstairs. The lock to the back door is a bit tricky though, you need to scan the chip then rotate it like a key. We called and got quick assistance when we were stuggling to get in.

The listing matches the description. There was a small communication dilemma regarding the grill, but that wasn't tragic. Otherwise, this place is an absolute recommendation. The price is reasonable even if the hot tub has dropped out. Everything was clean, everything necessary was there, it was quiet. Technically, everything is in a 1a condition.
