We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 25 m² 1-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with a pantry kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher, CD player, large full HD TV and a high-pressure coffee maker. Garden furniture and umbrella are on the terrace.

Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.
